Creating a Dragonflies and Stars tag and tin

Hello Art Neko fans! Chrissy D here sharing the Dragonflies and Stars tag and tin with the fun tins Art Neko has to offer! These tins are the perfect size for you to create small gifts to brighten someone’s day! I had SO MUCH fun creating this Dragonflies and Stars tag and tin. Blue and Purple is one of my favorite combinations. These colors so comforting and perfect for dragonflies.

When creating this project, you will want the Framed Dragonfly image. Stamp the Dragonflies and Stars using Tuxedo Black Memento ink, or an ink that works well with Alcohol Markers on white cardstock. Color your image using B32, YG63, YG67, V12, V17, V09, B000. Once you are finished coloring, use a White Gel Pen to outline the wings and draw small circles along the moon/ sun image. Using a C7 Copic Marker color the edge of the frame.

Using scissors, cut along the image and create a tag in Orchid cardstock 4″ x  2.5″. Mat the colored image on the Orchid Cardstock. Stamp the image May you touch dragonflies and stars in Tuxedo Black Memento ink along the bottom edge. Using a mini glue dot, adhere the sequin to your tag.

In conclusion, punch a hole in your tag using a 1/4″ circle punch. Loop the purple gingham ribbon around the tin and tie a bow. Use a thread tie a knot through the bow to attach the tag to your tin. I hope you enjoy creating your Dragonflies and Stars tag and tin. Be sure to share images and show us what YOU create!
