Love Mailbox Valentine

Hi all, it’s Holly posting today.  Valentine’s Day will be here in a couple weeks, so I’m making some cards for my family.   This sweet silhouette features a little girl stuffing her Valentine cards into a mailbox.  Isn’t that cute?  This silhouette stamp is from the A405 Valentine and Love sheet at Art Neko.  You can see the word “love” across the bottom of the mailbox.  I added a glittery red heart sticker to the top of the mailbox for a pop of color.

Did you know that Art Neko carries ribbon in the store?  This beautiful heart ribbon can be found HERE.  I wrapped it around my card and tied it into a pretty bow.  I stamped the sentiment from the A157 Valentines and Love sheet and then cut the words apart so I could fit them directly above the ribbon bow.  Almost all the supplies on this card are from Art Neko, including the cardstock.  I’ve listed all the items below for easier shopping for you.

I love the way you added that little sparkly sticker to the mailbox. I used to think American mailboxes looked so cool, I was only familiar with them from the Peanuts cartoons as we don’t have anything like that here. What a sweet card for a lucky family member. The sentiment is beautiful in that ornate flourished font.
