Hello Everyone! Chrissy D here sharing a sweet card of a little girl and her calf. I find this image so endearing and enjoyed coloring and creating this card.
To create this card, I ran the pink cardstock through my Big Shot with a flower embossing folder. Isn’t that cute? I like how it matches the horse shoe.
I stamped the Little girl image and the Horse shoe image using Black Memento Ink on white cardstock. You can get this image on an entire sheet called Cowboy Up, in a duo with the Little Cowboy and Cowgirl with Colt and Calf or individually. I just love this set!
Once the image was stamped, I colored all of the images in using my Alcohol markers. Using a stitched circle diecut, I cut out the image. I had a dark gray sheet of cardstock cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″ and adhered the pink embossed cardstock to it. Taking my scissors, I cut out the horse shoe image.
I adhered the circle on the cardstock and used pop dots to raise up the horse shoe and mounted that on the card as well. Wrapping a pink gingham ribbon around the pink cardstock, I tied a bow. Folding the medium gray cardstock in half, I created the cardbase and adhere the layers onto it to finish the card. Using mini glue dots, I attached 3 sequins to complete the card!
So cute and so fun! Thanks for taking a look today!
